Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij and Ra Ra Rioter Wes Miles teamed up in the winter of '07 and started a side project called Discovery. Together they deliver electropop beats, humble vocals and swirling melodies in perfect balance.If this is a fresh start for Batman and Miles, it's a great one. Discovery delivers a sense of childhood innocence conveyed through homemade tunes and undertoned with a hidden goldmine of indie music-making talent.
They're set to release a self-titled debut EP, after already starting the hype with an awesome preview of what's to come - "Osaka Loop Line."
